Enhanced Careers with PMI’s Career Navigator (CN): Researched beta users and redesigned the product for a successful full launch. Initial number of users in early 2021 was ~2,000 and as of July 2024 it has increased to 560,000 users!
Agile ways of working: Continuously monitored user feedback and added enhancements to address any issues or areas of confusion. During late 2023 we made big feature changes to CN. The most recent full quarter (Q2 2024) we saw these year-over-year improvements compared to Q2 2023:

Improved ROI and rate at which user experienced the value of CN: Added an onboarding experience that increased understanding the value CN provides.
Improved visibility of other PMI products with CN: Action items were added to goals that included member-exclusive content and paid content that increased profits by 13%. Awareness of PMI’s vast amount of offerings increased.
Guided CN users unsure about goal setting: Developed a peer benchmarking system showcasing successful project managers using CN anonymously. This helped users identify desired careers and provided steps to achieve their goals.
Championed PMI’s design system standards across product and marketing teams: Bridged marketing and product teams to create a unified, professional design system for a consistent customer experience.
Created more awareness and adoption of interactive/motion design: Conducted an audit of the entire pmi.org website to identify areas of interaction/motion improvement and presented it to multiple department stakeholders to prioritize.
Simplified PMI Volunteer Hub: Revamped layout and features for easier navigation and application, making it quicker for volunteers to find opportunities and focus on making a difference in the world. 🌎
